When you feel sick, it’s time to take a break: How to stay healthy during your flu season

The flu season is officially here.

That means it’s a great time to get out and explore the world.

But for some people, it can be challenging to make the transition from feeling good to feeling sick, especially when there are new strains of flu on the way.

Here’s how to manage your symptoms.1.

Drink lots of water and exercise If you’re feeling tired and have a fever, drinking plenty of water can help your body fight the virus.

If you have a cold, drink plenty of cold or ice water and take extra vitamin C. Exercise is another good option, as is eating a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and nuts.2.

Avoid caffeine to prevent dehydration If you think you might be dehydrated, try taking a water-based energy drink like the one above, Loeffer said.4.

Avoid the flu and the coldIf you have colds or flu symptoms, make a plan for when you’re free to go.

If possible, take a trip to a warmer climate or an outdoor area with fewer people to avoid colds.

If not, try the flu vaccine, Loeserer said.5.

Get tested for other infectionsThere are also new strains that have surfaced in recent years.

For example, a strain called the B5 strain has become more common in recent months.

Loeser said a person with a B5 infection is more likely to have symptoms of the flu.

But you can still be vaccinated against the strain.

So if you have symptoms like fever and cough, it might be best to get tested for the infection, Lopeser said.6.

Take care of yourselfThe flu season can be stressful, especially if you’ve been dealing with flu symptoms.

So here are some tips for staying healthy during the season.1: Stay hydratedMake sure you drink lots of fluids, Lose weight, and eat healthy.2: Don’t drive for at least two weeksAvoid driving for at or over a week if you’re experiencing flu symptoms if you are able to drive.

It helps you feel better by making your body’s natural cooling systems more efficient and also helps fight colds and flu.

You can use the medicine to lower your body temperature by up to 37 degrees Fahrenheit.

So, if you think your body might be a bit cold, you can take a cold-reduction medication like Prozac.

You’ll also need to get a cold vaccine if you don’t have a vaccine.

You should also wear a mask when outside.4: Don.t. drink caffeinated beveragesYou can also get a flu vaccine by eating the right foods, including whole grains and nuts, Loses weight, keeps your blood sugar levels in check, and keeps your body cool.

If the flu is still lingering, get tested.5: Avoid caffeinated products and beverages, especially coffee, tea, and chocolateIf you’re having a flu-like illness, you may need to drink less caffeinated drinks like caffeinated sodas and drinks that contain caffeine.

Some people feel sick even if they don’t want to drink caffeated beverages.

But the flu shot helps you stay healthy and helps you fight the infection.

If you want to be sure you’re protected, you should avoid caffeinated foods and beverages like caffeated drinks, tea and soda, and milk and sugar-based beverages, Lomsch said.

If those foods or beverages aren’t a good choice, call a doctor.

If there are no other options for you, check with your doctor for advice on whether or not you should take a flu shot.
